Keeping your puppy healthy :

Pups are given first vaccines, dewormed and Vet checked. Written health document is provided for you and your Vet. But, there is more to the care of these speical babies!

Maybe you did not know. . . that the dental root of  dogs  are much less than ours! Keeping your dog's teeth clean is very much needed.  Your Vet  dental tech can help you with yearly cleaning. . . but, you can help with brushing and chew products.

Really. . . start early with dental care!

Your puppy needs his or her own bed in quiet place in home.

I wish to ask you to not have your small puppy up on your beds. A well meaning, and kind family once had to have their pup go into Vet office for the repair of a hip joint after the fall off of the bed. Sad for puppy. . . and cost a bunch!

So very sorry . . . .

Another sad story: A lady once took her healthy puppy home. A few days later came back with the puppy in great stress! We carried the puppy to our Vet . . . only to find the chest must of had pressure . . . much too hard for such a little guy. Anyway, we had to put the puppy to rest. A few years later. . . the lady called to tell me. . . .that she knew what had happened to her puppy. . . her husband had closed the recliner on her puppy. Please used caution with recliner chairs and rockers!
